Although the interface changes will take place in 2.5 and that is one reason for canceling the 2.4 release (more time to develop and test the new admin panel). Still no dropdown menu, so you still have to click 2-3 times to get where you want (i have a plugin for that in my admin). And above all: it looks like there are no major changes... So why change it?
